Gregoli gardens have started a series of cooking classes @ Gregoli Gardens. We are expecting amazing guests -chefs and cooking enthusiasts. We use farm-to-table ingredients for delicious meals, desserts, and refreshments!

Join Olia- host of 9 Senses / Gregoli Olive Grove and learn how to make Nocino delicious Italian walnut liquor, used as an after-dinner digestive, and formulate your very own signature liquor. It’s a critical time of the year when you can make your own Nocino. You will harvest fresh, organic, and green walnuts when they are still in a growing stage, prepare your infusion, design your flavor with spices and sample my Nocino liquor, previously prepared.
We use organic walnuts from the Gregoli organic gardens of the Bay of Plenty. To make delicious liquor you need time and patience, so in this class, we will look in detail at all the steps necessary to make your own walnut liquor. We will also discuss how to adjust and adapt Nocino liquor recipes to suit your own tastes.
Olia is specializing in natural flavors, manufacturing extra virgin olive oil and flavored oils, extracts, and more. She is a perfumer and an Aromatherapist.Program Price: $54 per person
Cooking Classes start in the afternoon at 3 pm.

1 empty jar volume of about 2-3 liters with a wide mouth, 1 empty jar volume of 250-300ml
1 bottle of 40% vodka, or higher % of spirit.
