To make delicious Limoncello you need time and patience, so in this class, we will look in detail at all the steps necessary to make your own Limoncello.

Join us for an authentic Russian culinary experience with Olia, as she guides you through the art of making traditional pelmeni—delicious ravioli-style pasta filled with flavorful fillings. In this immersive cooking class, you'll learn to craft pelmeni from scratch, starting with homemade cheese quark, a soft and tangy cheese that adds authentic flavor to the filling.
Olia will also demonstrate how to prepare farm-fresh Dexter meat, ensuring you get the true taste of farm-to-table ingredients. Together, we'll shape and fill the pelmeni, perfecting the technique that makes this dish a beloved staple of Russian cuisine.
