Gregoli gardens are starting a series of cooking classes @ Gregoli Gardens. We are expecting amazing guests -chefs and cooking enthusiasts. We use farm-to-table ingredients for delicious meals, desserts, and refreshments!

30th September 3pm start

Join Olia and learn how to make Limoncello, Nocino Italian walnut liquor, and formulate your very own signature liquor. We use organic lemons from the Gregoli olive grove of Bay of Plenty. To make delicious Limoncello you need time and patience, so in this class, we will look in detail at all the steps necessary to make your own Limoncello. We will also discuss how to adjust and adapt Limoncello recipes to suit your own tastes.
