Service Description

Reflexology is a Therapy that uses the feet as a map of the whole body. By manipulating, and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet, the whole body can be re-tuned and brought back into balance. The therapist will work reflex areas of the skeletal system, muscular system, circulatory/ vascular system, lymphatic system, nervous system, endocrine system, the reproductive, digestive, respiratory, and urinary system. It, therefore, improves blood circulation, thus increasing the efficiency of all organs and cells, assisting the elimination of toxins and stress relief.
